Dashboard design and build
Our most popular service offering. We’ll design, build, and deploy a dashboard that allows you to quickly diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of your business. Here’s how we do it:
- We sit down with the leaders of the business and create a metrics map that serves as the performance measurement model for the business.
- The metrics map is used to collect only the pieces of data important to the business, limiting any data collection burden placed on your team.
- We mockup a dashboard with your metrics for you to review. We get the first version to you within two weeks from project start and then iterate every two weeks.
- After multiple iterations, we deploy the dashboard within Dunegrass just eight weeks from project start.
Investment optimization
Businesses are always making decisions about the best ways to deploy capital. You want to find the optimal mix that drives the greatest level of profit. We can help you answer this question. Here’s how we do it:
- Our customer comes to us with a challenge such as how to properly deploy service resources across the globe.
- We work with the customer to define the drivers of performance that will tell us what good looks like.
- We’ll then map these drivers to the appropriate data in your business and extract a dataset.
- We’ll build a model on top of this dataset that spits out an optimized investment mix.
- These outputs will be shown to you in a dashboard on Dunegrass.
Productivity assessment
Unfortunately, the current business climate is forcing businesses to cut costs, including people. In an effort to minimize the number of people that you need to lay off, we believe you should measure the productivity of your business. Doing so will give you an idea of what you will be able to accomplish with a certain number of people.
We use the Saari productivity model to measure your productivity. We can then run what if scenarios to determine the optimal resource level at certain levels of productivity. We can even model the impact a tool like Dunegrass would have on profitability.
